Winter Song at  Fairfield Church 

An alternative evening of winter song and spoken word. An acoustic, candlelit performances in this beautiful secluded marsh church. We’ll be serving mulled cider and a warming soup too.

Poetry and acoustic music for the festive time at this atmospheric, isolated church, featuring short sets from a number of poets and musicians. Mulled cider will be available. (Please make sure you have cash!) Please note that there is no heating, no electricity and no running water at this venue! Please wear warm clothing, bring a torch and please do your best not to need the WC. (There is a facility, but it is for emergency use only.) Please car-share if you can. It is OK to park on the road, but please do so considerately. You’ll then need to walk across the marsh to the church. Children must be accompanied. This event was very popular last year and we are also offering a performance earlier in the day at 12.45pm.
